Hi, I’m Leanie (Lee-on-e). I’m not even going to try to write this section like a formal resume because I like to keep things real. I love to cook and spend time with my family and friends, often complain about missing NY, obsess over new makeup that I basically wear to Target, and really enjoy sharing any and all info that makes life easier. I use lots of run ons and I unapologetically swear a lot. Ok, that’s me in a nutshell.
I’m a certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist. I know a lot about food and fitness and how important they work together. I’m also a mom. I no longer have hours to spend at the gym or trying out a new recipe. My mission everyday is to please my ravenous toddlers, restaurant savvy husband, and constantly hangry me. No pressure. Really.
Fourate is not just for moms. It’s for any and all of my ladies out there who just want to be able to create tasty meals at home. We all want to eat the best we can without sacrificing too much of what we love and enjoy. We all want to be able to see a picture of a recipe and not click on it to find 20 ingredients; 15 of which we would never use again. On top of that, we just want to look and feel good about ourselves. I share these things with you as a woman. A woman who struggles with meal ideas, finding the perfect jeans, and not losing herself within the million different roles we take on throughout any given day. We’re in this together, I got you girl!
