Roasted Garlic

Ingredients:

  • 2 heads garlic, cut about 1/4 inch off the top to expose the cloves
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • A pinch of salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Drizzle oil over garlic, add salt and wrap in aluminum foil.  Use a small ramekin to keep the garlic in place. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until nicely caramelized.

Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks or freeze.
