Fast Flank Marinade


  • 1 1/2 -2 lbs flank steak
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 TBSP McCormick’s Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 TBSP red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
  • 1/3 c olive oil


Mix garlic, steak seasoning, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and hot sauce together. Whisk in olive oil. Place meat in a heavy-duty Ziploc bag and add marinade and onions. Marinade for 15 minutes at room temperature or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
